Our customer service team is comprised of experienced supply chain procurement experts to help you with any aspect of the MRO Direct Procurement Program:

  • The MRO Direct electronic catalog and e-commerce provides 24/7/365 access to the information you need

  • Customer service performs the following functions:

    • Electronically acknowledges receipt of an order

    • Notifies our customer that the order has been placed with the supplier

    • Ensure that the order gets to the right location at the right time

    • Manages any administrative issues with the order and shipment

    • Prepares a monthly Metrics Report so that you can track operating performance

  • Optional integration with your ERP system provides you with immediate access to all order information
