Each month you will receive a detailed report of all purchasing activity and piece price savings. We will conduct continuous analysis to determine other opportunities for savings by comparing your results to the Vendor Product Index, and updating your customized eCatalog.

The project management team will also perform the following functions:

• Recommend alternative products as substitutes for higher cost items

• Identify other categories of products for cost savings opportunities and coordinate with HQ staff to develop new supply agreements

• Identify and investigate other cost saving opportunities

• Evaluate MRO inventory levels and operating practices
