• Guaranteed cost savings targets for each year (MRO Direct prices will depend upon our ability to reach the cost saving targets).

• Gain sharing if more cost savings than expected are realized.

• Project representation to drive the effectiveness of implementation.

• A three-phase process of disintermediation, aggregation, and standardization to achieve the cost saving targets.

• Joint review and establishment of new cost savings targets each year.
