Our VPI is a vast storehouse of information on millions of MRO products from thousands of authorized MRO Direct vendors. Our customers can be assured that these vendors have met rigorous standards set by MRO Direct in order to be included in the VPI. As a Procurement Program customer, you have unlimited access to this database, which is constantly updated and expanded in order to better serve our customers.

When you become a contracted user, you’ll have full access to this itemized database to view listings of authorized distributors, locations and contact information, warranty and technical support contact details. Because our customers’ eCatalogs are a subset of this general items database, MRO Direct. carefully maintains the integrity of the data. It is through our sourcing services team’s personal relationships and direct electronic communication with vendors that we are able to aggregate this comprehensive data.
