Vendor Product Index

The Vendor Product Index, or VPI, is a vast storehouse of MRO product and pricing information on our customers’ past purchases. When establishing a relationship with a new customer, MRO Direct standardizes the purchase history database and sources each item. As an MRO Direct customer, you will know immediately about the new supply chain and the savings you will realize as orders are processed through the MRO Direct procurement system. You have unlimited access to this database (sources, your pricing, as well as our MRO Direct costs), which is constantly updated and expanded in order to better serve you. MRO Direct will save at least 3 years of purchase history in the VPI.
